Barranquilla keeps its vaccination campaigns active.

The latest report of Ministry of Health, of this Tuesday, January 25, 2022, indicates that in Barranquilla 939 new cases were reported and 601 in the municipalities of the Atlantic, for a total of 1,540 cases in this area of the Colombian Caribbean.

The most worrying figure has to do with deaths from the virus. Today eight deaths were reported in Barranquilla and two in Loneliness.
The victims They are people between 57 and 100 years of age. The figure begins to worry in the city where 20 deaths have already been added in three days.

In Colombia, 19,512 new cases of covid-19 in the last hours. This, after 72,492 tests were processed (32,474 PCR and 40,018 antigen tests).
Thus, Colombia reaches 5,780,910 cases of coronavirus confirmed since the pandemic began, in March 2020.

On the other hand, the report accounts for 260 more deaths from the virus. With this update, the total number of deaths in Colombia amounts to 132,737.
