“Everest is a medium-term project, projected for the month of May 2023 and we will be able to get there thanks to sponsors such as the Sports Institute of Bolívar, Iderbol, who is supporting this feat,” says Monga.

The preparation and training has not been easy, in the heat wave of the Colombian Caribbean, for this mountaineer: “cardiovascular resistance, breathing and muscle strengthening, is the most important thing. Facing heights is a lottery, there are many people, very strong, who can’t stand it and must turn back”, concludes this dreamer.
