According to company figures, during 2021, 1,800 tons of cement, 2,800 cubic meters of gravel and 330 tons of steel were purchased, supplied by suppliers located in the municipalities of Yumbo and Palmira.
While suppliers of the municipality of Puerto Tejada in Cauca, they sold 3,700 cubic meters of sand to the construction company.

This same dynamic caused sales in the construction sector in Cali and neighboring municipalities during the year 2021 to exceed 30,000 homes, with a growth of 11% compared to the same period in 2020; and of that total 27,500 units correspond to Housing of Social Interest – VIS, with an increase of 13%.
In 2022, the housing developments that contribute to the urban renewal of the city will be maintained, such as Mirador del Oeste, located in the Santa Teresita neighborhood in western Cali; and Bosque del Valle, an important urban development of more than 5,000 housing units located to the south of the city, among which the projects El Guayacán, La Arboleda, Pradera, El Zorzal and El Álamo are currently in the process of being commercialized and built.
