Covid-19 in Colombia deaths and cases today February 15, 2022 - Colombia

According to the report of the Ministry of Health As of this Tuesday, February 15, 3,731 new cases of covid-19 were reported in Colombia, a little more than those registered on Monday, which were 3,162. This, after 35,685 tests were processed (12,707 for PCR and 22,978 for antigens).

In the country, to date, 32,794,013 tests have been processed. Thus, Colombia reaches 6,026,988 confirmed cases of coronavirus since the beginning of the pandemicin March 2020.

On the other hand, the report accounts for 138 more deaths from the virus. With this update, the total number of deaths in Colombia amounts to 137,439.

In the last 24 hours, in addition, 4,824 recovered patients were reported. Thus, there are already 5,844,659 patients who to date have overcome the covid-19 in the country.

In total, there are 23,956 cases that remain active in Colombia.

How is the vaccination going?

As for the progress of National Vaccination Plan, the health authority reported that, with a cutoff at 11:59 p.m. on February 13, 74,852,552 doses of the covid-19 vaccine have been applied in the country. Of that figure, 34,916,797 correspond to the first dose; 26,773,901, second dose; 7,160,288, to booster doses, and 6,001,566 are from the single-dose vaccine.
