After a long fight against COVID-19, actor Fabio Restrepo died on Sunday morning in Medellín, Colombia, according to local media reports.
The remembered interpreter had been hospitalized in the company of his son, who died days ago, due to complications related to COVID-19.
Initially, Fabio Restrepo arrived at the medical center due to low blood sugar, and shortly after he was diagnosed with coronavirus, so he was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit.
Despite the fact that a recent photograph had announced a slight improvement in Restrepo, apparently he would have had a relapse that caused his unfortunate death.
Fabio Restrepo accidentally entered the world of entertainment after being discovered by film director Víctor Gaviria, who invited him to star in the movie ‘Sumas y subtas’.
