After complaints that processors would be charging 150,000 pesos for an appointment that is free to issue a passport in Santander, the government announced that they had enabled 2,000 appointments on Friday morning.

“We see a process that has efficient things and others that are not, precisely due to the situation and the collapse that the platform presented at the end of the year and at the beginning of this year.
