In the early hours of Monday, the presence of men carrying firearms was recorded on the road that connects Valle, Cauca and Nariño.
After 8:00 in the morning, security agencies reported normality.

The events occurred at dawn on Monday, February 28, at the height of the Cachimbal sector, Santander de Quilichao, north of Cauca.
According to witnesses, the men wearing camouflage and carrying long weapons, after forcing the drivers to cross the trucks, punctured their tires.
Around 7:30 in the morning, order was restored on that road, according to the authorities’ report.
This occurs two days after the ELN “announced” the end of the armed strike.
Last Wednesday, February 23, the first day of the ELN’s armed strike left two vehicles on fire and the transport and commerce sector paralyzed in that department. The vehicles were set on fire in the municipalities of Bolívar and Caldono.
