A strong fire occurred yesterday Friday in the El Chagualo sector of Medellín, left four people slightly affected, a dead cat and 35 rescued animals.
The conflagration occurred in a garment factory that completely destroyed the four-level structure.

Amid the rescue efforts, firefighters and pre-hospital care personnel helped a cat that was choking from smoke.
In a video published on social networks, it is shown how these people helped the feline, which survived. It was a female, known as Wanda.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.according to the authorities, but it lasted several hours to be controlled, so there was the participation of relief groups, EPM, Emvarias, the Police, as well as officials from the Departments of Health, Mobility and the Environment of the Mayor’s Office.
