In a video that circulates on social networks, alleged members of the armed group Eln are observed over an area between the municipalities of Piendamó and Silvia.
They are towns in the north of Cauca, in the vicinity of the Pan-American highway that connects the southwest with the interior of the country.
The authorities are confirming the veracity of the recording.
At this time, public transport to that area of Cauca is suspended to avoid any incident due to the announcement of the armed strike.
