Two dead and four wounded These are the initial figures provided by the authorities for the explosion of a freighter motorcycle in the guard of the 21 Pantano de Vargas Battalion in Granada, Meta.
The secretary of the Government of Meta, Hernán Gómez Niño, pointed out that the wounded are transferred in various ambulances to clinical centers in the municipality of the Ariari region.

Unofficially it is stated that one of the deceased is the driver of the cargo motorcycle and the other would be one of the soldiers of the military garrison.

“I repudiate and condemn the terrorist attack on the 21 Vargas Battalion in Granada. 2 dead and 4 injured is the unfortunate result of this cowardly attack. Today, more than ever, security efforts must be redoubled. We do not want our department to become the scene of war,” the president said.
