In the municipality of Malambo, department of Atlántico, the fourth member of the cartel of the most wanted for homicide in Cartagena was captured.
This is Óscar Luis Meza Márquez, alias “Felo”, 27 years old, who was captured by court order, and who would be the alleged perpetrator of the homicide due to intolerance of the young José David Herrera Castro, 19 years old, in the Nelson Mandela neighborhood, el Hueco sector, on May 03, 2021.

According to the investigations, upon noticing the police siege and seeing his photograph on the poster of the most wanted for homicides in Cartagena, the criminal fled the city towards the department of Atlántico.
However, the fugitive did not know that this wanted cartel is of national importance.
Thanks to the controls carried out by the quadrant patrols in the municipality of Malambo, he was captured by court order for the crime of aggravated homicide.
