Covid-19 cases in Colombia February 3: infections, deaths and vaccinated - Other Cities - Colombia

According to the report of the Ministry of Health of this Thursday, February 3, 2022, 13,568 new cases of covid-19 were reported in Colombia in the last hours. This, after 52,453 tests were processed (24,990 for PCR and 27,463 for antigens).

In the country, to date, 32,330,508 tests have been processed. Thus, Colombia reaches 5,930,393 confirmed cases of coronavirus since the pandemic began, in March 2020.

On the other hand, the report accounts for 262 more deaths from the virus. With this update, the total number of deaths in Colombia amounts to 135,043.

The report also shows that, in total, there are 66,963 cases that remain active in Colombia.

In the last 24 hours, in addition, 16,254 recovered patients were reported. Thus, there are already 5,708,271 patients who have overcome covid-19 in the country to date.

Regarding the progress of the National Vaccination Plan, the health authority reported that, with a cutoff at 11:59 pm on Tuesday, February 1, 72,153,729 doses of the vaccine against covid-19 have been applied in the country.

Of that figure, 34,579,121 correspond to the first dose; 25,941,950 to second dose; 5,808,639, a booster dose, and 5,824,019 are for the single-dose vaccine.

In Colombia, 31,765,969 people already have the complete vaccination schedule.
