Between 2020 and 2021, 82,443 million pesos were granted to the productive sector for 175,000 quotas for the worker training. In total there were 795 training actions.

Between this Thursday and Friday, the National Learning Service (Sena), in the Salomia neighborhood of Cali, will socialize the national call with 42,000 million pesos to co-finance projects of companies and unions.

This is the Specialized Continuing Training program, which allows enhancing the productivity and competitiveness of industries by qualifying their human talent, through the National System of Training for Work.

The call for companies, unions, associations and worker organizations runs until March 9.

Participants can present training projects for their work teams, taking into account the relevance and specific need for their development.

Those interested should register at lmazuera@sena.edu.co, with the name of the assistant, position, ID, email and telephone.
