Police ruled out that the murdered Rubén Carbone Atencia, shot this Saturday when he was playing a game on the field of a school on the outskirts of Barranquilladoes not correspond to extortion or theft.

The information was revealed by Colonel Luis Sandovaloperational commander of the Police in Barranquilla, who reported that the victim had a history of crimes such as: illicit enrichment, drug trafficking, forced disappearance and abusive carnal access.
The victim also had house arrest, which according to the authorities violated to be in the street or play soccer games.

Carbone, 43, was killed at 3:30 pm on the field of the Colegio Sagrado Corazón, in the neighborhood Country Villa, at the exit from Barranquilla to the neighboring municipality of Puerto Colombia.
