El artista mexicano también manifestó que las condiciones climáticas no estuvieron a su favor.

Alabama Man Convicted of Seditious Conspiracy in US Capitol Riot

An Alabama man affiliated with the far-right Oath Keepers militia group pleaded guilty Wednesday to seditious conspiracy for his actions leading up and through the Jan. 6, 2021, riot, making him the first person involved in the violent attack on the U.S. Capitol to be convicted of the rarely used charge.

The sentencing guideline range for Joshua A. James, who also pleaded guilty to a charge of obstruction of an official proceeding, was estimated to be from 7¼ to nine years in prison.

The 34-year-old from Arab, Alabama, acknowledged getting into a physical altercation with a police officer while inside the Capitol and participating in a plan to use force to hinder or delay the transfer of presidential power. The events occurred on December 18, 2021 in the San Isidro neighborhood of the municipality of Anserma, where a 25-year-old man was captured by personnel from the National Model of Community Surveillance by Quadrants, who was surprised inside a neighboring house apparently under the influence of intoxicating drinks, performing sexual acts on a minor under 10 years of age, the alleged abuser was brought before the competent authority.

The girl’s relatives made the complaint, and from that moment the judicial police work began, managing to collect enough evidence that allowed the Second Promiscuous Municipal Court of Anserma Caldas to issue an arrest warrant against this citizen for the alleged crime of sexual acts with a minor under fourteen years of age.

The Sijín investigators carried out the location, notification and subsequent capture in the San Isidro neighborhood, the subject was presented before the requesting authority during the hearings, accepted the charges and was sent to jail.

The National Police recommends parents not to leave their children alone, or in the company of people they do not trust, and in the event of any manifestation of any act of this type by children and adolescents, make these facts known. to the authorities to initiate the respective investigations.

Max is the name of the Golden Retriever that found refuge in its owner after losing his mom to a heart attack from gunpowder noise last year. The canines shared little time together, since at 11 months of age it was when the Golden had to live the departure of Luna, David’s first dog.

“I think that you have to go out with the animals and not always leave them in the house. In the biker guild we have the opportunity to go to many destinations,” said Guzmán.

The man from Cali works in a shock absorber company on the southern highway of the city, so in his spare time his priority has not only been to give his pets a better quality of life and steal a smile from the people who see them; if not lend a hand to the street animals who go through the need of hunger.

This is how, in the company of Max, they go out together to share croquettes around the city whenever they get the opportunity to do so.

Over time, Max has been equipped with more accessories to feel safer and calmer on his walks.

“We can go out with our puppies and always use the security implements so that they have a safe trip. That’s why three years ago I decided to install a sidecar on my motorcycle, so that I could travel with my pets without any problem”, he said.

The accessory that is screwed to the motorcycle, so that it can be removed and put on, costs between five and eight million pesos, regardless of what the driver wants. One of his most important walks was when they met Pereira together, in October of last year, where they received a recognition for originality, after undertaking the four-hour journey to the city of Pereira dressed as ‘Batman’ and ‘Superman’.

For David, his pet is a therapist friendwhich he describes as a support for depression and anxiety.

So Max is not only growing his following on social media, he is also providing companionship to children with disabilities, as one of his neighbors as a whole.

“The issue is not to become famous, I want to show that they can also go for a walk with us, a seat belt like the one I use can also be used in a car. An important element because they are exposed to sudden braking and the animal is the first affected”.

Before leaving, David always makes sure to put on a vest to secure the belt that will protect him on the course, as well as the use of a helmet, glasses, raincoat, lights and good wheels for all his routes. The seat belt can be used with any harness and is available from a vet.

“Going out with Max is one of the best adventures I’ve ever had in my life. I think we will be covering many more kilometers”, said David.
