The former mayor of Medellín and presidential candidate Federico Gutiérrez arrived with his tour in Cali.
“I am committed to generating better opportunities for women and young people. They were the most affected by the pandemic,” was one of his messages.
He repeated that the mayor of the capital of the Valley, Jorge Iván Ospina, “did not take care of the people of Cali in the midst of the social protests in the second quarter of 2021.”
Gutiérrez headed to the center of the city, where some merchants were waiting for him.
