La respuesta que desde la contratista dieron, es que «la máquina si se movía», sin embargo siguieron haciendo la demarcación, la terminaron, no lo notificaron y así la dejaron.

No era un efecto visual desde el carro, ni que había quedado torcida porque la vía «es así», se trató de un error del contratista en 2 kilómetros vía Magangué -Ovejas, y el Invías informó que deberán responder.

«El señor que ha pintado las rayas de la mitad que dividen la vía, o estaba teniendo un ataque cardíaco o se había metido tres tragos», una conductora denunció que la línea amarilla en un largo tramo de la vía Magangué -Ovejas quedó torcida, y eso sirvió de alerta para que el país supiera cómo habían dejado el demarcado que se pagó con dineros público.

Algunos llegaron a decir que había quedado así, «porque así es la vía», o porque «es un efecto visual desde el carro», pero no. Fue un mal trabajo el ejecutado.

De hecho, «en el vídeo no se ve tan bien (lo torcido que quedó) como en vivo y en directo. Esto es increíble», dijo la conductora.

Unas horas después la Gobernación de Sucre respondió que la obra es ejecutada por la Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura, ANI.

El lunes pidieron una respuesta oficial a la ANI sobre este demarcado en la vía que conecta a Bolívar con Sucre.

 

Este martes, el Invías informó que en efecto fue un error en la ejecución de esa parte de la obra.

«El #INVÍAS tomo correctivos con el fin de subsanar las fallas en la demarcación de 2 km de la vía Puerta de Hierro–Magangué (Bolívar). En este momento la entidad adelanta un plan de acción para corregir la situación y garantizar la transitabilidad segura por el corredor», informaron.

La contratista deberá hacer el arreglo y no se le pagará nada más adviertieron. 

Obras viales

Y mientras se van conociendo detalles de esta denuncia de una demarcación evidentemente mal ejecutada, el gobierno anuncia obras e intervenciones en la región.

El director general del Instituto Nacional de Vías (Invías), Juan Esteban Gil Chavarría, inspeccionó el avance en las obras de pavimentación que ejecuta la entidad sobre la Transversal Momposina.

En este corredor se desarrolla un plan de acción por fases con una inversión superior a los $300.000 millones.

Desde el Ministerio de Transporte han destacado esta obra, como «vital para  el desarrollo del Caribe colombiano, pues conecta de forma eficiente y segura a los departamentos de Bolívar, Cesar y Magdalena en Guamal y El Banco”.

Con la inversión de $300.000 millones, califican la cifra como histórica.

Tras lo ocurrido con la vía Magangué -Ovejas, ¿cuáles son los controles para se ejecuten bien las obras?, es la duda.

¿Una ‘colombianada’?, autoridades deberán explicar por qué la demarcación que se hizo en la vía Magangué -Ovejas

«El señor que ha pintado las rayas de la mitad que dividen la vida, o estaba teniendo un ataque cardíaco o se había metido tres tragos», dicen quienes van en un vehículo y al ver la demarcación torcida, decidieron grabar cuando pasaban por la vía Magangué -Ovejas.

La demarcación se hizo al parecer en toda la carretera.

De hecho, «en el vídeo no se ve tan bien (lo torcido que quedó) como en vivo y en directo. Esto es increíble».

  • Cuántos kilómetros son, quién adjudicó ese contrató, qué entidad intervino y supervisó. Las dudas sin resolver.

Sin embargo, la Gobernación de Sucre si le respondió a una usuaria en Twitter, que la obra es ejecutada por la Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura, ANI.

Anunciaron que este lunes le harán un requerimiento oficial a la ANI sobre este demarcado en la vía que conecta a Bolívar con Sucre.

“Around 4:30 in the morning, search and rescue work resumed, like this, on the corregimiento of Tolu, very close to the place of the collision, the location and recovery of two bodies were achieved, corresponding to two minors. Then, 6 kilometers downstream, on the corregimiento of San Sebastian de Buena Vista, a third body was recovered, also a minor. Finally, in the Barbosa sector, 17 kilometers downstream from the point of collision, we managed to recover the body of an adult…”, said Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel David Melo Ramìrez.

“With the use of slings and artisanal means used by the fishermen of the region, it was possible to find the place where the boat named La Niña Natalia, where people were travelling, was sunken,” assured the National Navy.

“With the support of fishermen from the sector, it was possible to refloat the boat ‘La Niña Natalia’, during the maneuver no bodies were found on board the boat, the hypothesis of the presence of bodies trapped in the tent of the boat was handled, which was dragged by the current of the Magdalena River”, underline sources from the National Navy.

The vessel was towed to the San Sebastián de Buenavista sector, where it was placed at the disposal of the National Police.
