A man accused of sexually abusing his stepdaughter, 13 years, He was captured and is under arrest by order of the first promiscuous judge of Malambo, the municipality of Atlántico where the events occurred.

“According to the investigation carried out, the perpetrator allegedly took advantage of the moments in which the minor was under his care to access her carnally,” the Attorney General’s Office reported.

The relatives denounced the facts when they noticed that the girl was pregnant, apparently as a result of the sexual abuse to which she was subjected in a house in the sector known as The gladiator.

“The accusing entity charged the accused with the crime of abusive carnal access with a minor, aggravated in a homogeneous and successive contest, with circumstances of greater punishability, which was not paved in the development of the concentrated hearings,” said the Prosecutor’s Office.
