Su pareja sentimental, principal sospechoso del feminicidio de Johanna, hallada desmembrada dentro del baúl de un carro

El macabro hallazgo del cuerpo de Johanna Paola Chávez Guzmán fue hallado desmembrado dentro del baúl de un Renault Logan de placas RHW 825.

El vehículo se encontraba estacionado dentro del garaje de una vivienda y el cuerpo envuelto en sábanas, hecho que ha causado consternación en el municipio de Barrancabermeja, Santander.

La mujer de 41 años de edad, se encontraba desaparecida desde el pasado viernes 18 de marzo.

Se conoció que Johanna residía junto con su madre y su hija de 12 años y además, era propietaria de un bar.

De acuerdo al medio local Dígame, el principal sospechoso del crimen de Johanna Paola es su pareja sentimental, un carnicero oriundo del departamento del Meta con el que habría discutido en reiteradas ocasiones en su vivienda.

Señala que los vecinos del sector en varias oportunidades alertaron a la Policía sobre estos episodios de violencia intrafamiliar. No obstante cuando hacían el requerimiento policial, la hoy occisa les respondía que «sus problemas ella los arreglaba sola».

Según este medio noticioso, la amdre de Johanna le pedía en reiteradas ocasiones que se alejara de ese hombre. Sin embargo, el sujeto iniststía en estar con su hija.

Hasta el momento se desconce del paradero de este hombre que es buscado por las autoridades para que rinda indagatoria.

Por otra parte, colectivos feministas piden que le caiga todo el peso de la ley al responsable de este atroz hecho.

Anoche, decenas de barranqueños hicieron una velatón en la casa de Johanna para rechazar este feminicidio.

Hombre acusado de homicidio a su pareja sentimental, acepto los cargos esta mañana en Tuluá

El presunto implicado fue capturó en flagrancia por la Policía Nacional. En las audiencias concentradas un fiscal de la Seccional Valle del Cauca imputó al procesado cargo por el delito de feminicidio.

Por determinación del juez, Betancourt deberá cumplir la medida de aseguramiento en centro carcelario.

En Barranquilla capturaron a un hombre por darle una golpiza a su pareja sentimental, una menor de 16 años

La menor lo denunció y el hombre fue puesto a disposición de la Fiscalía.

Con puños y patadas agredía un hombre a su pareja sentimental, una menor de 16 años de edad en zona rural del departamento del Atlántico. Sobre el caso, indicaron las autoridades que ocurrió en las últimas horas en la calle 3 con carrera 8, corregimiento de Guaimaral, jurisdicción del Municipio de Tubará.

Explicaron que la situación se desencadenó en medio de una discusión entre el hombre de 27 años de edad y la adolescente, quien terminó recibiendo una golpiza propinada por el sujeto de manera indiscriminada.

Según lo establecido por la Policía, varios vecinos lograron escuchar los gritos de la joven cuando era golpeada.

Ellos revelaron que la joven en medio de un descuido del agresor logró escaparse y de inmediatamente se acercó a la estación de la Policía del municipio de Tubara en el Atlántico, en donde denunció al sujeto.

Lo capturaron

Luego de la recepción de la denuncia, uniformados se trasladaron a la vivienda en donde ocurrieron los hechos y dieron captura al hombre.

Posteriormente lo presentaron ante la Fiscalía General y ahora debe responder por el delito de violencia intrafamiliar.

Además, la adolescente quedó a disposición de la Policía de Infancia y Adolescencia, y la Comisaria de familia quienes les restablecieron sus derechos.
