Colonel Jhon Sepúlveda, Deputy Commander Metropolitan Police of Barranquillaasked the merchants who are thinking of closing their businesses as a result of the extortions of which they have been victims, not to do so, assuring that there is a whole plan and accompaniment to guarantee their safety.

The officer went out to respond to the warning made by unionized merchants in Undecowho denounced that as a result of the extortions of which they are victims, they are willing to close their businesses as of February 24.

Colonel Sepúlveda assured that two officers were assigned to follow up on extortion cases and that they have permanent communication with the merchants.
