The trunk operation begins normally at 5:00 am, with the departure of the first trunk routes R1 and B1 bound for the Joe Arroyo and Parque Cultural stations, respectively.

Regarding the hours of operation for the weekends, the extension pilot continues for these days in which variables will continue to be evaluated to determine its permanence.

On Saturdays, the system will operate until 10:00 pm, while Sundays and holidays Hours of operation will be until 9:00 pm

“Transmetro continues to adjust its operation according to the needs of our users, mainly university students who returned to their classes in person and find in the System the safest and fastest way to return home,” said manager Fernando Isaac.

In order to guarantee the provision of the service to all users, Transmetro announced that, as of Monday, February 14, the operation corresponding to business days and Saturdays will be extended until 10:00 p.m. in Barranquilla and its metropolitan area.

According to the massive system, it is part of a pilot plan for 15 days, and with which they will evaluate the demand of users between 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm, to define if said expansion is left permanently.
