The controversy around Anuel AA, his new partner Yailin ‘La Más Viral’ and Karol G seems to have no end. After the release of ‘Mamiii’, a new song by the Colombian and Becky G, many say that the song is full of hints for the Puerto Rican, so now in networks they say that the Dominican would have sent a response to Carolina Giraldo, Karol g.

The theme was released on Thursday, February 10 and is already a hit. The lyrics of ‘Mamiii’ talk about a failed love from the past, which left pain and betrayal.

After it was mentioned in networks that “Mamiii” was a hint from Karol G to Anuel AA, apparently Yailin did not want to remain silent and responded in the same way.

During a live she did on Instagram, the Dominican interpreted the fragment of a small song. Yailin appears in front of the camera and with headphones around her neck, while she says “come on women”, calling her friends to accompany her.

In her interpretation, ‘La Más Viral’ begins to sing while arguing that she has her partner crazy and not precisely with witchcraft.

“I have him crazy and I provoke him and how I touch him; don’t be rude, I have what he likes, he doesn’t enjoy with you (…) I have him tied up and it’s not with witchcraft, it’s what I do to him at night and day, “says Yailin.

The verses of Yailin ‘La Más Viral’ unleashed a furor in networks and many Internet users assured that it was a forceful response to Karol G.

'Currambera', the song that Carlos Vives composed for Shakira

This Wednesday, February 2, Shakira celebrated her 45th birthday and her great friend Carlos Vives did not want to give her a traditional gift or simply send her an affectionate greeting and, on the contrary, had a very special detail with the Barranquillera.

The Colombian artist decided to write a song that highlights Shakira’s qualities and premiered it on the same day as the Barranquilla’s birthday. This is the song ‘Currambera’.

“Currambera, that you wear your skirt, cumbiambera, that you move your hips (…) You flew very high, the waves of the sea await you, little girl in the skirt, with your bare feet, little girls in the skirt, your ship has already raised its sails ( …) There is color, girls and queens dancing, in a catchy choir that recalls the flavor and joy that the Barranquilleras exude”, says the lyrics of the song.

Although Shakira does not appear directly in the video clip for ‘Currambera’, Carlos Vives looked for ways to represent her, so one of the main models looks very similar to that of the Colombian.

In addition, some scenes from the official video of his popular song ‘Hips Don’t Lie’ are recreated; in the same way with the clip of the single ‘No’, another success of Shakira.

One of the aspects that has represented the artist the most is her hip movements, which is why in several shots of the video these dances that ‘Shak’ usually do are seen. As if this were not enough, William Mebarak, father of Shakira, appears, writing on an old typewriter while Vives sings.

The video clip for ‘Currambera’ was directed by Sergio Rodríguez and was made in locations such as the Barranquilla Regional Port Society, the traditional Barrio Abajo and the ‘La Enseñanza’ school where Shakira attended high school.
