Lanzamiento de carteles “los más buscados en San Onofre”

 

El Comando Departamento de Policía Sucre, implementa y lanza el cartel de los más buscados en el municipio de San Onofre en coordinación con la gobernación de Sucre, las administraciones municipales, la Armada Nacional, Ejercito Nacional, la Fiscalía General de la Nación y la comunidad en general a través de acciones operacionales:

- Contención del homicidio

- Intervención contra el Narcotráfico

- Micro gerencia y focalización del Servicio de Policía

- Acercamiento a la comunidad

Cabe destacar que, quienes se encuentran en estos carteles, en total 8, serían integrantes de la Subestructura Manuel José Gaitán del Grupo Armado Organizado delincuencial “Clan del Golfo” y están solicitados por delitos de homicidio, extorsión, concierto para delinquir y entre otros.

El primer cartel está relacionado con 7 personas que tienen órdenes de capturas vigentes. Se ofrece recompensa de hasta de 20 millones, a quien brinde información que permita sus capturas. Entré ellos se encuentran:

 • Alias “Pito Ronco” cabecilla de zona de esta subestructura criminal, dinamizador de homicidios en esta Subregión del Departamento.

• Alias “Cachete” cabecilla político de clan del golfo en la jurisdicción del golfo de Morrosquillo.

• Alias “Cuca” quien tiene el rol de Sicario.

•Alias “Manco” encargado del transporte de armas de fuego y cobro de extorsiones.

• Alias “Eliceo” encargado de la seguridad de la ruta del narcotráfico.

• Alias “Romboy” quien tiene el Roll de sicario.

• Alias “Sotomayor O Castellano” encargado del cobro de extorsiones

 En el segundo cartel se encuentran alias “El Paisa” por el que se ofrece hasta $50.000.000 a quien brinde información que permita su identificación, judicialización y captura, está presuntamente relacionado con varios homicidios en zona norte del Departamento. Se garantiza absoluta reserva a quien suministre información a las autoridades, durante las 24 horas del día personal especializado estará atendiendo los números telefónicos. Malestar, por posible ubicación de antena

Los habitantes del sector de la calle 14, entre carreras 14 y 15 del barrio Sucre, se pronunciaron ante la posible ubicación de una antena de telecomuniciones, alrededor de sus viviendas.

Tras darse a conocer la ubicación de la antena en un sector del barrio Sucre, CNC Noticias Buga, habló con la representante legal, de la empresa que tendría a su cargo, la instalación, a quien le trasladamos las inquietudes presentadas.

Preocupación por trabajos en la Sede Educativa Mariscal Sucre

Padres de familia de la sede educativa Mariscal Sucre, están inquietos y preocupados, según ellos, por trabajos que no han culminado en las instalaciones del centro educativo, CNC Noticias Buga, escuchó a los padres de familia.

Según los padres de familia de la sede educativa Mariscal Sucre, quienes dejaban a sus hijos en el horario de la mañana, fueron trasladados a la jornada de la tarde, para que se adelantaran los trabajos de recuperación del techo, que, al parecer, se encontraba en mal estado.

Para estas madres de familia, el estudio ofrecido por la I. E. Narciso Cabal Salcedo, sede Mariscal Sucre, debe ir acompañado por unas buenas instalaciones.

Esta comunidad del grado 4o de primaria, espera una pronta solución a las falencias que presenta esta sede educativa, ubicada en la carrera 18 con calle 4a., del barrio La Merced.

Rendición de Cuentas Departamento de Policía Sucre

Realizamos la captura de un presunto homicida en la zona norte de Sincelejo

 

En el departamento de Sucre, no cesa los esfuerzos para combatir el crimen organizado y la delincuencia común; por eso viene adelantando importantes operaciones de intervención, focalizadas en puntos estratégicos, orientando los esfuerzos en contener los casos de homicidio que vienen presentándose en el departamento.

Es así como a través de unidades adscritas a la Seccional de Investigación Criminal, en coordinación con la fiscalía y la Armada Nacional, gracias a informaciones recibidas de la Red de Participación Cívica fue posible la ubicación de este sujeto, quien estaría realizando actividades de afectación a la vida e integridad personal y el patrimonio económico de los sincelejanos.

Con información puntual sobre la presencia de alias ‘Cano’, los funcionarios de policía judicial materializaron una orden de captura vigente que figura en su contra en vía pública del barrio altos de la sabana, zona norte de la ciudad, en cumplimiento de orden judicial por el delito de homicidio.

De acuerdo a las investigaciones de policía judicial esta persona, sería responsable de coordinar y dirigir un hecho el homicidio de otra persona ocurrido el día 17 de enero del año 2022, al parecer por ajuste ilegal de cuentas.

En los acervos probatorios recolectados por estos funcionarios de policía judicial se logró recolectar elementos materiales probatorios y evidencia que infieren que este sujeto estaría coordinando y dirigiendo homicidios selectivos. 

En su prontuario delictivo figuran anotaciones judiciales por:

• Concierto para delinquir por darse para el narcotráfico
• Hurto calificado 
• Tráfico, fabricación o porte de estupefacientes 
• Fabricación, tráfico y porte de armas de uso privativo de las fuerzas armadas 
• No se descarta que estaría al servicio del grupo delincuencial Clan del Golfo. 

Finalmente fue dejado a disposición de la autoridad solicitante, para que responda por el delito en mención.

El departamento de Policía Sucre agradece a la comunidad sucreña por la valiosa información recibida, la cual permitió neutralizar el accionar de este delincuente, para ser dejado a disposición de las autoridades competentes.

Tres presuntos delincuentes fueron capturados por porte de armas y municiones

 

En labores de registro y control, y aplicando planes para contrarrestar los actos delictivos en el departamento de Sucre, en las últimas horas uniformados adscritos al Modelo de Vigilancia Comunitaria por Cuadrantes capturaron en los municipios de Sincelejo y Corozal a 3 personas por el delito de tráfico, fabricación y/o porte de armas de fuego, accesorios o municiones.

Es así que luego de recibir la información de la ciudadanía que dio aviso de la actitud sospechosa de una persona en el barrio ‘Olaya Herrera’, zona sur de la capital sureña, desplegaron de forma inmediata y oportuna un operativo que dio con la captura del particular de 24 años de edad, a quien al momento de practicarle un registro voluntario se le encontró en su poder  un arma de fuego ilegal tipo pistola, de fabricación artesanal, con 1 cartucho para la misma, motivo por el cual fue dejado a disposición de la autoridad competente.

Así mismo en el barrio ‘La Trinidad’, uniformados de la jurisdicción del CAÍ Gran Colombia, en reacción policial efectuaron la captura de otra persona a quien al momento de practicarle un registro se le halló en su poder 1 arma de fuego tipo pistola artesanal, sin documentos que acredite su legalidad o procedencia.

En otro hecho no menos importante se capturó en flagrancia a un sujeto en el municipio de Corozal.

El procedimiento de captura se registró exactamente en el barrio ‘San Jose’, donde el sospechoso le fue incautado 4 cartuchos de municiones para armas de fuego calibre 9 mm.

Al solicitarle los documentos que acrediten su legalidad o procedencia, manifestó no tenerlos.

Cabe destacar que, el departamento de Policía Sucre seguirá trabajando en articulación con la ciudadanía para garantizar la seguridad y convivencia ciudadana.

Planes operativos permiten la captura de presunto integrante del Clan del Golfo en Sincelejo

 

En la lucha frontal contra el crimen organizado, el Grupo de Operaciones Especiales (GOES), en intervención realizada en la zona de invención del barrio ‘Cielo Azul’, norte de Sincelejo, efectuó la captura por orden judicial de un particular, conocido en el círculo delincuencial con el alias de "CAYO O RR", presunto integrante del Grupo Armado Organizado Criminal Clan del Golfo, alineado a la Subestructura ‘Manuel José Gaitán’.

De acuerdo a las investigaciones este sujeto actualmente funge como coordinador de homicidios selectivos en la ciudad de Sincelejo, además de ser observador criminal al servicio del Clan del Golfo, (Encargado de actividades de apoyo de comunicaciones, alertar de presencia de la fuerza pública e identificar personas para la comisión de homicidios).

》En su contra figura una orden de captura vigente emanada por la fiscalía seccional de Sincelejo, por los delitos de homicidio agravado en concurso con fabricación, tráfico o porte de armas de fuego accesorios partes o municiones.  

》Es señalado de coordinar el doble homicidio sucedido el 27 de agosto del año 2021 en el corregimiento ‘Las Flóres’ del municipio de Morroa, donde fueron ultimados (Roger Mendoza Hernández y Rosa Álvarez Puche).

》Cuenta con 6 años de trayectoria criminal, iniciando como cabecilla del Grupo de Delincuencia Común ‘LOS YERSI’, dedicado al tráfico y comercialización de estupefacientes.

》Fue capturado en octubre del 2017, por los delitos de concierto para delinquir agravado y tráfico fabricación o porte de estupefacientes.  

》Se encargaba de coordinar y dirigir homicidios selectivos en la zona norte de Sincelejo, así como del cobro de extorsiones a comerciantes, ganaderos y agricultores, teniendo bajo su accionar delincuencial 10 integrantes de esta estructura criminal.

Trabajo conjunto permitió la incautación de tonelada y media de clorhidrato de cocaína tipo exportación

 

Gracias a labores investigativas y recolección de información por parte de unidades adscritas a la Seccional de Investigación Criminal SIJIN de Sucre y en desarrollo de la Operación denominada ‘FALCON’, el trabajo coordinado e interinstitucional entre unidades de la Armada de Colombia y la Policía Nacional permitió la incautación de 1.518 kilogramos de clorhidrato de cocaína de alta pureza tipo exportación.

Utilizando medios terrestres, marítimos y aéreos disponibles, los efectivos de ambas fuerzas realizaron la operación en el sector conocido como ‘Boca de Tinajones’, jurisdicción del municipio de San Bernando del Viento, Córdoba.  

El alijo fue ubicado exactamente en el corregimiento de ‘Sicara’ de ese municipio, allí un depósito ilegal era utilizado por una organización criminal transnacional dedicada al transporte y comercialización del estupefaciente hacia Centroamérica y finalmente los mercados de Estados Unidos.

De acuerdo a las investigaciones de policía judicial el estupefaciente pertenecería al subsistema logístico y financiero del Grupo Armado Organizado GAO Clan del Golfo, y se logró establecer que dicha estructura, estaría reuniendo el alijo para ser empleado en un envío con estupefacientes mediante la modalidad de lancha rápida; 61 costales de esta sustancia ilícita tenían como destino presuntamente los países de Norteamérica.  

Este resultado se logró gracias a la contundencia de la fuerza pública que no escatima esfuerzos para garantizar la convivencia y seguridad en esta zona de la costa atlántica.

Cabe a anotar que integrantes del Cuerpo Técnico de Investigación de la Fiscalía aplicaron la prueba de identificación preliminar homologada – PIPH a la sustancia encontrada al interior de los paquetes, la cual arrojó positivo para 1.518 kilogramos de clorhidrato de cocaína.  

Durante la operación no se registraron capturas, sin embargo, continúan las pesquisas para determinar los presuntos responsables de custodiar y comercializar el alcaloide que estaría avaluado en aproximadamente $ 55 millones de dólares puesto en territorio estadounidense.

22 rifles were stolen in Sucre - Other Cities - Colombia

The General Inspection of the Police dismissed and disabled four police officers attached to the command in Sucre, as allegedly responsible for the disappearance of 22 Galil rifles that were in the weapons room of the central station in Sincelejo.

Governor of Sucre denounces ELN presence in La Mojana - Other Cities - Colombia

Governor Héctor Espinosa Oliver denounced that armed persons wearing armbands of the National Liberation Army -ELN- are in the municipal seat of Sucre (Sucre), in the sub-region of La Mojana.

The council agreed to offer up to 90 million pesos for those who provide information that leads to the capture of those responsible for the act. The money is provided by the Government, the National Police and the Morroa Mayor’s Office.

The security council was made up of Colonel Andrés Correa, commander of the Sucre Police; Évert Mejía, commander of the Marine Infantry Brigade No. 1; Juan José Guzmán, commander of the 14th Infantry Battalion; Francisco Salgado Juris, director of the Public Prosecutor’s Office; Indira Revollo, regional attorney, and Tonio Olmos, mayor of Morroa.

En una clínica de Sincelejo falleció la empresaria Alina Rosa Taboada, a quien ladrones le dispararon al meterse a su casa finca a robar, ella escuchó los ruidos y se levantó junto a su esposo a ver qué ocurría.

Tenía 63 años de edad, y era conocida en la zona.

Los delincuentes llegaron el domingo en la madrugada hasta su casa-finca Madrigal, en zona rural de Sincelejo.

Por ahora, lo que se conoce es que los ladrones dispararon a los perros que estaban ladrando e intentando morderlos, cuando salió la pareja; las balas impactaron a la empresaria.
