This was established by the District Revenue Management Office, which has already begun the distribution of unified property tax receipts for the 2022 term.

They can also enter the website of the Mayor’s Office www.barranquilla.gov.co with the cadastral reference or the address of the property, settle the tax and pay it online by PSE or by credit card.
The unified property tax is one of the main sources of tax revenue, which represents 34 percent of the total income projected in the District’s 2022 budget, according to official figures.
The amount raised so far
According to the report by the Revenue Management manager, Fidel Castaño, since January 1, when the online property tax settlement was enabled for the entire city, 36,600 million pesos have been collected to date.
He recalled that last year, by way of property tax, Barranquilla reached the sum of 430,000 million pesosexceeding collection expectations.

Discounts on other dates
For fiscal year 2022, the cadastral base of Barranquilla is 406,242 properties; that is, 16,262 new properties were incorporated into the base, which represents a growth of 6.1 percent in relation to the previous year.
In this way, the liquidation of the property tax in Barranquilla for the 2022 term is 586,341 million pesos, which represents a 6.4 percent growth with respect to the 2021 validity, an increase of 37,880 million pesos.
The district administration recalled that, according to the 2022 tax calendar, property tax can be paid with a 10 percent discount until March 31, with a 5 percent discount until May 31, and without discount before incurring delinquent until June 30, 2022.
