In the early hours of this Monday, a theft was recorded at the Juan Mina tolldistrict of Barranquilla, as confirmed in recent hours by the Metropolitan Police.

According to the version of witnesses, armed subjects surprised the personnel who were working in this booth located on the Circunvalar de la Prosperidad.
After threatening the workers with their weapons, they managed to take an amount of money collected from the toll, the sum of which has not been established so far by the authorities on preliminary information.

The Juan Mina toll, on the Circunvalar de la Prosperidad, belongs to the Coastal Route Concession.
After the events occurred, the Barranquilla Metropolitan Police carried out the corresponding investigations.
