Around 8:40 a.m. this Tuesday, two men entered and robbed a headquarters of the Western Bank on Ibague. This was reported by the Ibagué Police, which explained that the criminals used the “blockbuster” method.

According to official information, two men on a motorcycle arrived early at the Banco de Occidente headquarters on Calle 38 with Carrera Quinta de Ibagué.

Under the modality of ‘blockbuster’ They seized the money that was in the nearest boxes, the peculiar thing is that they would not have wielded any type of weaponThey entered the place without opposition and committed the robbery.

The two subjects left the bank and left the place on the motorcycle in which they were traveling.

For now, the amount stolen from Banco de Occidente is unknown, and the Police are reviewing the security cameras of the sector and the bank to try to identify those responsible.
