For his part, Brigadier General Javier Martín, commander of the Valle de Aburrá Metropolitan Police, reported that all the investigative work that ended in this capture was due to the fact that the woman, a victim of harassment, filed a criminal complaint.
The 41-year-old woman had said that she did not realize at the time that the events occurred due to the crowding of people, but that as soon as she saw the video, she took legal action.
“The crime with which he is charged is abusive sexual act with inability to resist, this for the scenes that could be seen in the video. We use judicial police activities, recognition of the victim, the videos that served as evidence and interviews with witnesses,” the police commander reported.
