At 7 pm this Wednesday, the women’s national team of Colombia and Argentina will face each other in Bucaramanga in preparation for the Copa América, which will have the capital of Santander as one of its venues.
There will be two security rings with more than 500 uniformed men who will be guarding the outskirts of the Alfonso López stadium.
The arrival of the national teams increased hotel occupancy in the city, which has already reached 90%, a fact that the authorities highlight as positive within the framework of the economic reactivation.
More than 23,000 fans are waiting at the stadium, who will enter with the ticket office under the 2×1 system promoted by Indersantander as a strategy to encourage the Colombian team.
Musical show by Santandereans
As part of the strategy to showcase the region, the urban music artist from Santander, Breko, was invited to sing at the halftime show that will take place at the stadium.
His career includes more than 70 songs of his own, millions of views on YouTube and more than 42,000 followers on Instagram who sing his lyrics with passion.
The central show will feature this artist who has already shared the stage with great artists such as Wisin, Chino y Nacho, Ñejo, Ryan Castro, Lil Silvio & El Vega, Silvestre Dangond, Mike Bahía, Manuel Turizo and Lunay, among others.
As with the artist Repser, only 19 years old, also an exponent of urban music.
