There are six minors, ranging from 11 and 13 years old, those who register symptoms of intoxication for having consumed Viagra. The drug, which affects the heart rhythm and is used to treat erectile dysfunction, was administered, according to the first versions, by adolescents from the institution where they study.
“The minors who are affected are between 11 and 13 years old. They played a joke on them that could have very serious consequences. It has been known that they were eleventh grade students from the same school”, commented a member of the community who preferred not to reveal his identity.
For its part, Jennifer Ripoll, Secretary of Health of the municipality, maintained that so far only one of the affected minors has received medical attention due to the fact.
“We have only treated one child and it no longer had effects. The signs on it are in good condition. We have not received any more children”, he expressed in dialogue with El Heraldo.
The official also explained that an investigation is already being carried out in the town, with which it is intended to clarify everything related to the case.
“It is believed that the older children found the pills due to parental carelessness. There is not a lot of detailed information on the case,” she concluded.
